Tyler Russell

Mr. Russell is a seasoned wildlife biologist and environmental scientist with extensive experience conducting wetland delineation surveys and navigating both state and federal permitting processes, including Section 404 and 401 of the Clean Water Act. His work spans across the eastern and mid-western United States, where he routinely performs comprehensive wildlife surveys. These surveys often address species and habitat considerations related to a wide range of infrastructure and development projects, including pipelines, real estate developments, transmission lines, solar installations, and transportation corridors. Mr. Russell brings a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and ecological assessment to every project, supporting environmentally responsible development and conservation goals.

Ethan Wilson

With over 7 years of experience in environmental consulting, Mr. Wilson brings specialized expertise in wetland delineations, habitat assessments, and stream surveys. He has field experience across all five U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) regions and is a Certified Wetland Professional In Training (WPIT). His skill set includes conducting wetland determinations, profiling soils, mapping boundaries using sub-meter GPS instruments, and identifying wetland-dependent species and hydrologic indicators to support regulatory compliance and conservation efforts. Mr. Wilson also has extensive experience in report writing, preparing jurisdictional determinations and No Permit Required (NPR) requests, and coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies to facilitate project approvals and ensure timely completion.
